With the approach of the hot summer months, the Dajia Children's Water Playground is here to help you cool off! In addition to the expansive sandpit at Dajia Riverside Park, which has become a popular spot for parents and children to enjoy sand play, the water playground opens every summer. In June and September, the water plays facilities operate on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays during three time slots: 10:00-10:40, 11:00-11:40, and 15:00-18:00. The water playground includes large circular, cylindrical, and giant flower-shaped sprinklers that are both adorable and fun, and completely free to use! During July and August, the Dajia Children's Water Playground offers additional weekday sessions, so you can enjoy wet fun every day! Head to Dajia Riverside Park this summer for sand and water fun for the whole family!
Directions to the Dajia Riverside Park Children's Water Playground:
Enter through the Keelung River No. 8 (Binjiang Evacuation Gate) or No. 9 Water Gate (Dajia Evacuation Gate), turn left, and proceed straight to the Hope Fountain.
- Bus: 72, 222 (Riverside Park Dajia Section), City Minibus 9 (No. 8 Water Gate Stop)
- MRT: Transfer at Yuanshan Station to the Red 34 bus (No. 8 Water Gate Stop, operates on weekends only).
