The Taipei City Government further planned that social welfare institutions of the city would enter the first and second floor of the residence, including a community library and public nursery. Through the local social welfare facilities, it expects to provide better activity and interactive spaces. Shops would also enter the area to create a new form of residence. This project will receive the Silver Smart Building Label, Silver Green Building Label and Earthquake Resistant Label to create an urban ecological environment, improve social residence quality and create the image of an accessible and sustainable building.

The windows of the different households in this project all face the mountain from different stories. Its changing scenes further implements urban residential aesthetics. Also, with the design of the residence corridors, it increases the chances of residents meeting one another. Designed in accordance with this L-shaped building, more outdoor green spaces for activities were added to preclude cold neighborhood relationships. As a Wenshan District public residence near Jingmei Sport Park, it expects to connect the open spaces and green belts of the city through the public social welfare and commercial spaces, help residents to gradually complete community rebirth and thus achieve the goals of maintaining social stability and economic development.
Moreover, the Hydraulic Engineering Office will enhance the monitoring and supervision of construction quality during the construction to provide outstanding environment and living service for public residence residents.
