Meiti Riverside Park

Riverside Parks in Taipei

Located between the Dazhi Bridge and Zhongshan Freeway (National Highway No. 1) over the Keelung River, the Meiti Riverside Park occupies an area of about 456,163m2.

It is a waterfront sports park built on the proclaimed land from a river cutoff of the Keelung River. The park is well-equipped with a range of sports facilities, including tennis courts, badminton courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and inline staking training site, for local residents to enjoy exercise and leisure. Here, you can look over the Dazhi Bridge and the Grand Hotel in the day and feel the sensation of airplanes from time to time. In the night, the lights of the Dazhi Bridge and the riverbank are graceful and charming. It is quite romantic to stroll through. The park is the best place for enjoying the night view of Taipei City and night tours.

The park also plans a "natural water bay area." Besides enhancing the diversity of species, it can also purify water through the abduction of plants. It provides a paradise for citizens to receive ecological education and appreciate natural landscapes, making it different from other riverside parks. Meiti Riverside Park.
