The bikeway under the bridge is spacious. The riverbank protection is covered with green vines. The foundation is also in a wave-cut shape to correspond to the Rainbow Bride. There are elevators reaching the foot at both ends of the Rainbow Bridge. They are thoughtfully designed accessible facilities for people with disabilities, seniors, and baby strollers to reach the top without burden. A bikeway is also designed in the middle of the stairs for cyclists to travel both ends conveniently. At the Chengmei Right Bank Riverside Park, people can take a panorama of the Taipei 101 around white clouds in the blue sky.
