Located between the Nanhu Bridge and Chenggong Bridge over the Keelung River, the Nanhu Right Bank Riverside Park occupies an area of about 66,000m2. The park sits between the Nanhu Bridge and Chenggong Bridge on the right bank at upstream Keelung River, where water is clean and away from the hustle and bustle of vehicles. The green hillside, the cool breeze, the air is filled with the sweet smell of green trees and grass, the heat of summer seems to be unable to exert its influence here. The HEO has planted azaleas along the bikeway. When watching flowers while cycling in spring, what a wonderous and refreshing moment it is. From here, you can cross the Neigouxi Bridge to link to the bikeway in Xizhi smoothly.

Neihu Rehabilitation Park
The park includes a flat area and one hill with an elevation of about 40m above sea level. The hill was preserved by the demolition project for citizens to experience how Taiwan's first landfill (garbage mountain) became a beautiful park through rehabilitation into the lung of the city and how the cleanliness of Keelung River was restored.
