Shuangxi Riverside Park

Riverside Parks in Taipei

Located between the Fuxing Bridge and Shuangxi Bridge, the Shuangxi Riverside Park occupies an area of about 100,400m2.

Entering the Shuangxi Riverside Park by cycling from the path at Yangde Park No. 1, the urban things will immediately go away. The left bank of the park is spacious, while the right bank is densely forested. Small fish are foraging in packs in the river. There are seven bridges in total spanning over the park: Fuxing, Yunong, Wenchang, Fulin, Shilin, Shuangxi, and Shuangxi Levee Top bridges. Each has a unique and distinctive style, particularly the Shilin Bridge with cast iron railings, giving people a totally different feeling when looking at it from below or walking on it. Visitors can walk on the bridge to explore more from the bridge approach.  There is a little tip for cyclists crossing the Wenchang Bridge: Take a look around before crossing the bridge, because the idol drama Mean Girl Ah Chu was shot at the levee-top path. If you have good eyes, why not explore it?
